As, I got tired from shifting my home last weekend, I wanted to take some time off to fight my fatigue and nurse my body pain. Yes, a simple thing like shifting your house can make you tired and fatigued. It took a few clicks for sure but was much better than going to a Ayurveda Centres as I was already too tired to move. After an hour, indeed my body was ready for next round of responsibilities. But more importantly, I found the right people in Gurgaon to deal with my Body Pain.
